There are several steps to complete the Spouse Visa application and they are listed and explained in detail below:

• Confirm your eligibility for a Spouse Visa.
• Compile the document file and application forms for a Canada Super visa.

• Indian Passport (all pages)
• Birth Certificate – Issued by birth registration authority where your name and parents name should be mentioned (In English).
• Police Clearance Certificate (Original hard copy) - Police Clearance Certificates are required from all the countries where you have lived for 6 or more than 6 Months in last 10 year.
• Two ID Photos
• National Identity Document – Pan Card or Aadhar card.For Children ( if applicable)
• Indian Passport (all pages)
• Birth Certificate – Issued by birth registration authority where your name and parents name should be mentioned (In English).
• National Identity Document – Pan Card or Aadhar card. For Sponsor (who got PR)
• Indian Passport / Canadian Passport – All stamped and Blank Pages.
• Notice of Assessment & T4 (Tax document) -.
• Wedding, Roka, Sagan and Honeymoon Photographs. (5 photograph of each function) (Original hard copy) - With description of every event behind every photo (Maximum 20 Photos).
• Health care, repatriation, and hospitalization.
• Reference letter from friends (any four) – Please ensure that they sign them and provide their contact details. Sample attached.
• All the documents must be translated into English or French and you must have certifications and proof that the translation is correct. Once you submit all the documents, you can then proceed to submit the application and pay the fees.
